Ordering easy, didn’t see final result. Ordered autumnal arrangement but received a call to say florist could only offer white, pink or red, so disappointed from that point of view. Recipient was pleased with the delivery.

Excellent service as always. I was immediately informed when the florist wasn't able to get certain flowers and given the option to not go ahead or have them replaced with another type. The flowers were well presented when delivered and are still on display 2 weeks later.I Will always use finishing touch for future purchases, their bouquet arrangement is first class and having a mixture of open and closed flowers on delivery mean they will look great for a while if maintained as instructed. customer service is excellent and they will keep you informed of any issues for example, they were not able to get a certain type of flower due to delivery issues and recommended an alternatives with the choice to still go ahead or not.

Absolutely fantastic service. A very personal service. Knocked off 1 star as we had to repot the tree straight away as the pot it came in was smashed and the roots were bursting out. It had been collected straight from supplier in the morning.

From the very start Emma from Finishing Touch was amazing. Emma kept in contact with me to ensure my order was correctly made and delivered, which wasn't easy as I'm in New Zealand and she's in the UK. Nothing was too much or to hard for her, even down to finding out the funeral director as I didn't know it. The flowers were beautiful and Emma went above and beyond. I can't rate her and Finishing Touch enough.Beautiful flowers that surpassed the advertised photo. Emma sent me pictures so zi could see my actual finished bouquet.
